Managing Director - Craig Morgan, JP
Craig Morgan is a thought leader in finance and related industries. He is regularly called upon by Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, and Property Groups to present on some of the more technical and complex areas of lending.
Craig is passionate about educating his Team and their clients on how to improve their financial literacy, remove "bad debt", avoid the "traps" set by the Banks, and use sensible leverage to take control of their own financial future.
When not working, Craig prefers to invest time with his sons (aged 17 and 15) and on personal growth. He enjoys distance running, soccer, cycling, snowboarding, most water sports, reading, studying leadership, and developing greater awareness.

Executive Assistant to MD - Kara Johnson
Kara Johnson holds a pivotal role on the Find My Loan Team. As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Kara is responsible to assist with the day-to-day operation of the Company.
Some of Kara's primary tasks involve implementing key projects and reforms, and over-sighting our continuous improvement programme. Kara also assists with the delivery of our leadership development programme and is the Assistant Dispute Resolution Officer.
When not in the office, you are most likely to find Kara coaching aspiring figure skaters ~ a sport at which she has successfully competed at National level.

Finance Consultant - Tiarne Leayr
Tiarne commenced her working life under our parent company's Traineeship Programme. Upon successful completion of her traineeship, Tiarne was offered a full-time position - which has seen her gain experience across wholesale as well as retail lending.
Tiarne has progressed rapidly over the past few years and has been commended by training organisations and lenders alike for the quality of her work, professionalism and attention to detail. These attributes will ensure that her Clients at Find My Loan receive the highest quality of technical and professional support.
When she's not hunting down home loan bargains for Clients, you are most likely to find Tiarne hunting down poor unsuspecting victims on the netball court.

Compliance Manager - Michael Way
Michael Way is responsible for ensuring that all of our loan writers comply with the responsible lending requirements of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. This means that you can be certain in the knowledge that satisfying your loan requirements is the driving factor in our relationship.
On weekends you may find Michael staring into a camp fire high in the cattle country beyond Gloucester, or attending a local AFL match in his role as a Board member of the BDAFL.
